🌱

New Montessori classrooms

Montessori classrooms within larger schools that need implementation guidance, environment support, and consistent teacher coaching.

🏡

Microschools & homeschool co-ops

Small learning communities building or refining a Montessori program who want expert guidance without a long-term institutional commitment.

🌍

International schools

Schools worldwide implementing Montessori methodology who need a consultant they can meet virtually and who understands diverse cultural contexts.

Monthly Partnership

What ongoing mentorship looks like

Every retainer month has a natural rhythm. It begins with a child observation debrief — reviewing what guides have noticed and identifying where a child may need a different approach or material.

From there, sessions move into teacher support: reflective conversations about guide presence, language, and environment design. Professional development is woven throughout to build lasting knowledge and confidence.

Parent education planning is part of every month — helping your team communicate the Montessori approach clearly and confidently, building the family trust that makes school communities thrive.

Common Questions

School consulting FAQ

Are retainer plans only for AMI-certified schools?

No. Any school genuinely committed to Montessori principles is welcome. Certification matters far less than your community's openness to reflection, growth, and truly child-centered practice.

Can we pause or adjust our retainer?

Yes. Retainer plans are flexible by design. If your school's needs shift — a busy term, staffing changes, or a different focus area — plans can be adjusted with reasonable notice.

Is school consulting available internationally?

Absolutely. All sessions are virtual, making Childaura accessible to schools in any time zone. Nasma currently supports schools across North America, the UK, the Gulf, and beyond.

Do you travel on-site?

On-site visits can be arranged for intensive workshops or environment reviews. These are discussed case by case — contact Childaura to explore what's possible for your school.

What happens in the first month?

Onboarding month includes a dedicated discovery call, a needs assessment, and the creation of a goals document outlining priorities for the months ahead. This sets the foundation for every session that follows.
